Refund policy

DELIVERY

Mainland UK Delivery: £4.50

Deliveries to mainland UK take an estimated 2-3 working days from order date, excluding Bank Holidays and subject to longer delivery times during busy periods.

 

RETURNS

We have a 14 calendar day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Upon approval of your return request, customers must send off the items purchased no later than 14 days after the day on which the customer informs O’Shea Body Care of their intention to return the products purchased.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene and health reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened items with their original seal in tact.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is delivered defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please take photos of the packaging and the item and email us at info@osheabodycare.co.uk.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return has been approved for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

O’Shea Body Care will not refund items if they are returned damaged, used or opened (tamper-evident tape broken).
